We have 40 years of experience in the industry. Our treatments are fully customized for your individual needs to help you reach optimal health.
What we do
We are licensed acupuncturists in the state of California. When done by a licensed individual, acupuncture and all our methods are safe. Depending on your individual needs, we will offer you any of the following in your treatments:
Excellent for treating the body without drugs, and with minimal side effects. The benefits are endless.
A very mild, painless current further enhances the benefits of acupuncture.
Made popular by the U.S. Olympic swim team, cupping is excellent for pain, inflammation, stress, and many more conditions. It can even help with the common cold.
Personalized Herbal Teas
We have a full herbal pharmacy on site, and create custom tea blends according to diagnosis as well as constitution of each patient.
The application of customized herbs on the skin is just another tool we have to help our patients.
Optimal health comes only with an appropriate diet. We know each person's dietary needs are unique. We work with you to find what that is.
Vitamin and Supplement consultations
Bring in your bottles and we will help you decide what you should be taking and suggest any changes we find necessary.
Optimal health often comes with a positive lifestyle change. We offer coaching to keep you on track toward your personal goals.
Sometimes we give our patients homework.

Is acupuncture safe?
When done by a licensed acupuncturist, it is very safe. All licensed acupuncturists are certified in Clean Needle Technique. Our needles are sterile, single-use, and disposed after each insertion. They are never reused.
I am afraid of needles. Does acupuncture hurt?
Understandable! Acupuncture needles are much thinner than hypodermic needles. Most of our patients are surprised by how painless acupuncture can be.
